Sub:     Valuation of Ghair Mumkin Land

Memorandum

A Tehsildar (Sales) has raised a point as to what value should be given to the Ghair Mumkin land while working out the value in standard acres of the land belonging to a person. It has already been decided vide Punjab Government endorsement No. LRI/Karnal/3997/LRC, dated 7/10/52 that Ghair Mumkin Lands should be assessed at the rate of Banjar Qadim. This should be brought to the notice of all concerned.
