Resumed assignments to share in reduction of assessments granted to the village.

Resumed assignments to share in reduction of assessments granted to the village.  On a reduction of assessment being granted to a village in which a settlement of a resumed assignment of land revenue has been made, a proportionate reduction will be allowed upon such assignments.
