Sub : Allottment of Panchayat Deh Lands

Memorandum

The allotment of Panchayat Deh lands, in which Muslim evacuees had share and which had vested in the Panchayats, should not be made to unsatisfied claimants, till further orders.

For the Tehsildar (Sales) - Ludhiana.

If any allotment of Panchayat land has been made to any wholly or partially unsatisfied claimants in pursuance of this Department memo. No. 9351/LegaL dated May, 1974 their cases should be sent to the undersigned.
