Sub:Premium of 50 % due to encroachment on urban evacuee land

Reference your memo. No. 7445 dated 13-11-1964 on the subject noted above.
In view of the fact that the occupants have made an encroachment on the urban evacuee land they are liable to pay a premium of 50% in- addition to the reserve price, as envisaged in para 8 of the Press Note dated 22.4.1963. Action should be taken accordingly.
