Sub: Disposal of Rural Evacuee lands by way of open / restricted auctions.

Kindly refer to this office memo No. P-IV/2(505)Part-VIII/1599, dated 15/5/95 vide which the disposal of Rural Evacuee Lands by way of open / restricted auctions was stayed immediately till further orders has been vacated by the Government. You are, therefore, requested to start the process of disposal of Rural Evacuee Lands by way of open / restricted auction as per policy / instructions issued on 10/3/1994 and completed the whole process by December end. Weekly progress report every Monday may be sent before 12 Noon to this office for reviewing the progress.
