Disposal of claim to participate in pensions or assignments; Rule 7 of the Punjab Pension and Revenue Assignment Rules, 1937.  Claims to participate in pensions or assignment of land revenue granted to specified persons, or to such persons and their heirs, made by, or on behalf of persons not specified in the grant, or not being heirs of persons so specified, cannot be admitted, without the special sanction of Government. If it appears that the claimant, or the person through whom he claims, was unintentionally excluded, the case should be reported to the Financial Commissioner, who will obtain the orders of Government.
