Please refer to this department endst. No. 20725/Urban, dated the 28th November,1975 on the subject cited above.

(1) The applications, received from some of the widows, have been found incomplete.In order to avoid back references, which would delay the finalization of the cases, a specimen of the application and the affidavit, to be filled by each widow, is sent herewith, for taking further necessary action in the matter. The claimants may be advised to submit their applications on the enclosed forms.
