Sub:     Allotment of Ghairmumkin land

Memorandum

 Continuation of this department Endst No. LRI/Karnal/39976-97/LRC dated 7/10/1952 (Copy enclosed for ready reference).

2.Ghair Mumkin land near the abadies which is required for extension of abadies or which is being used for any common purpose or as an industrial establishments, such as Ghair Mumkin Johar, Ghair Mumkin Rasta, Ghair Mumkin Bhat etc and Ghair Mumkin land which contains any mine or mineral is not allottable and should in no case be allotted to any unsatisfied land claimant. In cases, where Ghair Mumkin land near the abadies which has got a substantial value or Ghair Mumkin Bhatta etc. has been allotted through some error or mis-representation of facts, such allotments may be cancelled and the area retrieved or offered for sale to the allot tees, if possible, at the fair market price.

3.Ghair Mumkin lands which are far of from the village abadies and are not required for extension purposes, or are not being utilized for any common purpose and do not contain any mine or mineral, can be allotted to unsatisfied claimants, if they so desire, at the rate of banjar qadim land.
