Para No. (iii) (a) of (A) Flood Relief under heading Part-II Natural Calamities and Grant of Relief of The Punjab Flood and other Emergency Relief Manual is substituted as under :

            (iii) (a)  Grant on the death of a person whether Rs.50000 to the heirs

                        bread winner or not by heavy rains,                   of the deceased

                        floods, fire or lightening or collapse of

                        house, pillar, pole or tree by furious

                        duststorm
